Art galleries across the Island display beautiful and inspiring works by local and national artists. 

The Quay Arts Centre is situated in Newport, with a cafe, sho selling local artists products, and it has a theatre which hosts regular music, comedy, dance and drama events.

Dimbola Lodge, the home of Julia Margaret Cameron, holds regular photography courses and exhibitions and there are galleries across the Island showcasing outstanding paintings and sculpture. 

The Island has a thriving music scene with lots of excellent local bands to entertain you.
